At the moment, we don´t share any data with partners.
When Staykvick processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
Staykvick stores your personal information securely in VisBook, our online booking and management system. When you send an email to us with your booking, we directly enter this information in VisBook and delete the email so no data is in our inboxes hosted by the mail client.
Staykvick will keep your information consisting of; First name, Last name, E-mail address and Telephone number for 3 months from the time the information was received by Staykvick. When this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting all information in our booking system VisBook.
Only 3 people have access to our booking system and passwords to these are updated regularly to ensure that no unauthorized people access the information.
Only a few installation options are stored locally, but all transaction information is stored on VisBooks AS server. The communication between the application and the server is encrypted. The servers are located in Oslo and there is strict access control both physically and network-wise. Only VisBook AS and the hosting service provider have access to the data stored here.
Electronic medical records can be picked up at all checkout points. VisBook Windows client is shipped to several countries. For Swedish cash registers, the Swedish Tax Agency are used as an integration.

When it's time to check in, we use the supplier Speeron who provides the check-in and check-out kiosk at the hostel. In order for you as a customer to be able to check in and out, your booking details are sent to Speeron, from Visbook. Speeron does not store data in its systems, they only retrieves the information contained in Visbook but without saving it. This means that Visbook is the only place where we save your personal data.
Staykvick may send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
